A new study by scientists at the Rush University Medical Center in Chicago has shown that a diet plan they have developed can reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s by as much as 53 percent. Even those who did not follow the diet perfectly, but who followed it “reasonably well”, reduced their risk of Alzheimer’s by about a third.
